摘要
中央财经大学金融学院教授（国家二级）、国际金融研究中心主任、全球金融治理协同创新中心主任，校学术委员会委员、校学位委员会委员。享受国务院政府特殊津贴（2009），入选“新世纪百千万人才工程（国家级）”（2007）、教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”（2004）、财政部“跨世纪学科带头人”（1997）。获北京市第六届高等学校教学名师奖（2010）、北京市优秀教师称号（2013）、新疆维吾尔自治区“天山”学者（2012）、鸿儒基金会金融学杰出教师奖（2016）、北京市“启智润心·大先生”称号（2022）、北京市“首都劳动奖章”（2023）。
毕业于中国人民大学经济学院，先后获经济学学士和博士学位；中国人民银行研究生部（现清华大学五道口金融学院），获经济学硕士学位。在哈佛大学费正清中国研究中心、哥伦比亚大学环球研究院、荷兰蒂尔堡大学经济与管理学院、澳大利亚国立大学太平洋与亚洲研究院、世界银行学院、彼得森国际经济研究所等知名国际学术机构担任高级访问学者。
研究领域为国际金融和宏观经济。主持教育部重大攻关项目、国家自然科学基金项目（重点）、国家社会科学基金项目（重点）等课题。在《经济研究》、《世界经济》、《金融研究》、《国际金融研究》、《Asian Economics Paper》、《China and World Economy》和《Economic Changes and Restructuring》等中外学术刊物发表论文100余篇，出版学术著作20余本（包括主编和合著）。担任财经网、财新网、网易财经等财经媒体专栏作家。
主讲“国际金融学”（先后获评“国家双语教学示范课程”、首批“国家本科一流课程”）。其他主讲课程包括：国际金融专题研究（研究生）、国际金融组织与全球治理（研究生）、国际金融问题研究（博士生）和“国际金融学（留学生）”（获评教育部来华留学生精品课程）等。担任英国伯明翰大学商学院、德国应用科技大学（HTW-Berlin）经济系访问教授，讲授国际金融和中国经济。主编国家“十一五”规划教材《国际金融》、主编财政部“本科特色教材”《国际贸易理论与政策》、合著国家自学考试指定用书《国际金融导论》等。
担任第四至六届中共中央财经大学党委委员、校职称评定委员会副主任。2000-2015年，先后担任金融学院副院长、院长。期间，特别是在近10年的院长任内，准确把握发展方向，积极汇集办学资源，见证了学院长达十年的跨越式成长。在组织实施“国家重点学科建设项目”和“211二、三期建设项目”的过程中，大胆探索创新发展之路。在凝练学科方向、引进高层次人才、加快师资队伍建设、推行海归青年教师“年薪制”聘用、推进本科教育教学创新、改革博士生招生制度、加强和完善科研激励机制、创设各类学术讲座和论坛以及推进国际交流与合作等方面进行了一系列富有成效的开创性工作。
兼任中国世界经济学会副会长、中国金融学会常务理事、中国国际金融学会常务理事与学术委员、中国现代金融学会常务理事与学术委员、中国国际经济关系学会常务理事、中国全球经济治理50人论坛学术委员、中国社科院亚太与全球战略研究院学术委员、中国市场经济研究会理事、中国金融学年会理事、亚太经济与金融论坛主席、当代中国经济学基金会副理事长、鸿儒金融教育基金会理事和学术委员会副主任、新疆科技学院经济学院名誉院长。曾兼任中国国际金融学会副秘书长、中国人民银行金融研究所学位委员会委员、中国高等教育学会财经分会金融学专业协作组主任委员。
兼任普华永道中国首席经济学家、中国民生银行（600016）外部监事、保利物业（HK06049）独立董事、长三角一体化（吴江区）专家咨询委员会委员等。曾兼任中国证监会第12届发审会委员，以及保利地产（600048）、中信建投（601066）、国美金融科技（HK00628）和瑞丰银行（601528）独立董事。
教育背景
l 1984年毕业于中国人民大学经济学系（世界经济专业），获经济学学士学位；
l 1987年毕业于中国人民银行研究生部（国际金融专业），获经济学硕士学位；
l 2003年毕业于中国人民大学经济学院（世界经济专业），获经济学博士学位；
l 1996年在荷兰蒂尔堡大学(Tilburg University)进修经济学和国际金融。

l 1987年至今，在中央财经大学任教。先后担任助教（1987-90）、讲师（1990-94）、副教授（1994-99）和教授（1999-目前）。担任国际金融研究中心主任（2003-目前），全球金融治理协同创新中心主任（2012-目前）。
l 中央财经大学金融系国际金融教研室主任（1995年7月-2000年6月），金融系副主任（2000年7月-2003年6月），金融学院副院长（2003年7月-2006年6月），金融学院院长（2006年7月-2015年11月）。
